Team Member Training
BSLC invests in new team members through a variety of ways, including a thorough hiring and screening process, an intensive on-boarding program, and peer mentoring for key roles. As a result, we maintain high employee retention within the senior living field. Many team members enjoy 10 years or more tenure in their communities.
Additionally, we provide our team members with more than 20 hours of online and face-to-face training every year. We continually share best practices in resident care, choice, and privacy, as well as the latest in aging research with our teams.
